We used Doris Bossert to sell our first house in the Harrisburg area and then to purchase and sell two additional houses, one we lived in for over 30 years, and the second we completely renovated and then sold five years later. In both of our recent sales, we could not have asked for anything more in the way of attention, services and professionalism than we received from Doris and others in her agency. My husband and I were very pleased with Doris Bossert. She started off by making very helpful suggestions to improve the overall appearance of our house interior in preparation for listing our home. We accepted many of her ideas and the house presented well for the photos taken for the online listing. Her choice of photographers was excellent. She kept us informed throughout the entire price. When our house sold, Doris made the arduous task of all of the closing paperwork and requirements so simple and flawless. She even presented herself as our temporary POA at closing allowing us to move out of the area earlier than planned. Doris did a great job!

Doris was a wonderful realtor who made the sale of my house smooth through the process as I was getting ready to move out of state on my own. It could have been a very stressful time, but under Doris's direction and guidance, I was ready for listing my house in a very timely manner and felt comfortable with where we started and ended. I was under a tight timeline to sell the house quickly, and within 3 weeks, it was under contract, not far from my asking price.
